Donations Made “In Honor Of” or “In Memory Of”
If you wish to make a donation “In Honor Of” or “In Memory Of” someone, we ask that you indicate that on our Donation Form and include it with your check. If you are making your donation by credit card, please include the following information in text boxes on the donation page:
For “In Honor Of” donations
Please make sure that you include the mailing address of the person that you are honoring, so that we are able to notify them of your donation.
For “In Memory Of” donations
Please include the name and address of the deceased’s family, so that we are able to notify them of your donation.
