As a military Veteran, I realized the need to help Veterans with adequate housing and programs that are available to them. I started working in homeless shelters to find as many as I could and assisted them with housing and employment opportunities. This career that I chose was based on need and not greed. Salary is not impressive and could be a little discouraging when holidays and bills appear. With the help of Western NY Heroes assisting me with help with my utility bills, grocery and gifts during the holidays, I am able to concentrate and focus on making a difference in the lives of Veterans. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR WESTERN NY HEROES.
