This is a unique workshop created for Veterans plus 1 ( the plus 1 can be a caregiver, spouse, partner, or friend) which uses equine facilitated learning (EFL) to teach new skills in an the areas of mindfulness, personal empowerment, daily coping skills, and emotional release.

The take away has far reaching applications that are linked to increase success at work and home. We will also focus on tools to use in daily life to cope more effectively with environmental and emotional stress. No experience with horses is required and you will be working with horses on the ground (no riding) in a safe setting with experience horses- handlers and proper social distancing.

Lunch will be provided. Please wear sturdy shoes and boots.

All proper safety and sanitation procedures will be followed for the duration of the workshop, along with prior to the start and after the ending of the workshop.
