WISE WARRIORS JOURNEY WITH THE HORSE
Presented in partnership by Equine Essence, Wisdom Farm & WNYHeroes
This is a one day workshop which uses equine facilitated learning (EFL) to teach new skills in the areas of mindfulness, personal empowerment, daily coping skills and emotional release.
Lunch will be provided. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots.
